UKO-Boxing is the brainchild of Dan Mole.
Dan is a lifelong boxing fan, having caught the bug from his grandad at a very young age. A qualified journalist, Dan has worked in Press and PR for over 10 years since graduating from University.
Having worked on a number of Midlands-based newspapers, Dan was appointed Press Officer at Walsall Football Club in 2002. For eight years, Dan headed up The Saddlers' Media Department before being promoted to Club Secretary in 2010. Dan still holds the title of Press Officer, a position he holds with that of Secretary.
His passion and success in football is matched in boxing. As a freelance boxing writer, Dan's work has appeared in various publications including Birmingham Post & Mail, Express & Star and Walsall Advertiser. He was also a regular contributor to BritishBoxing.net for many years. After a decade in the business, Dan has a wealth of media contacts at all levels, particularly in the West Midlands.
